Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Handling Cashless and reimbursement claims.
    • Taking care of the endorsement of various corporate clients.
    • Help employees and HR by giving them knowledge about the claim process.
    • Coordinate with insurance and TPA for any deficiency in documents and arrange it.
    • Maintain CD statement of all corporate client assigned to you.
    • Promptly answering calls and replying on emails.
    • Ready to answer calls 24*7 and be extremely responsible.
    • Reporting to Manager on daily basis and updating reporting sheet in timely manner.
    • Taking care of Endorsements on monthly basis.

Experience and Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in handling cashless and reimbursement claims in any TPA or insurance brokers.
    • Familiarity with whole process of Health claims.
    • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Graduate in any stream
