Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Handling Cashless and reimbursement claims.
Taking care of the endorsement of various corporate clients.
Help employees and HR by giving them knowledge about the claim process.
Coordinate with insurance and TPA for any deficiency in documents and arrange it.
Maintain CD statement of all corporate client assigned to you.
Promptly answering calls and replying on emails.
Ready to answer calls 24*7 and be extremely responsible.
Reporting to Manager on daily basis and updating reporting sheet in timely manner.
Taking care of Endorsements on monthly basis.
Experience and Qualifications
Requirements
Proven experience in handling cashless and reimbursement claims in any TPA or insurance brokers.
Familiarity with whole process of Health claims.
Ability to learn new languages and technologies
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Graduate in any stream
