Roles & Responsibilities

    JOB PROFILE

    ·       Potential Identification – All clients will be assessed based on the total potential and making Complete MIS and maintenance as well.

    ·       Preparation and updating reporting MIS.

    ·       Renewal Activity (Camp, Audit, Inspection etc) with timeline of Renewal date minimum 3 months, Working on quotation with timeline of Renewal date minus 60 days, Initial quotation sharing with client with timeline of Renewal date minus 45 days.

    ·       Performing Events and activities for Client engagement as decided by the Team Head (TH)

    ·       Converting our renewals in our favor, however other Team members will also need to help if required by Retention and Renewal team

    ·       Cross sell and Upsell for existing accounts

    ·       Zoom/ Microsoft / Google meet are the tools of MEETINGS. If required physical meeting can be done if necessary only

Experience and Qualifications

    ·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    ·       Proven experience in customer retention, loyalty programs, or customer service roles.

    ·       Strong ability to analyze customer data and behavior to inform retention strategies.

    ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers and teams.

    ·       Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
