What’s not covered?
The business is not accountable for any liability for factors including but not limited to:
- Acts of God such as earthquake (Extension can be taken).

- Consequences of war, invasion of foreign enemy, terrorism, or insurrection
- Hazardous properties of explosive nuclear assembly like ionizing radiation
- Claims resulting from a motor vehicle or trailer in the insured’s custody temporarily
